sat in order to hear mitigation and assess 'sentencing' arguments on behalf
of Professor Murch and Professor John Walker-Smith. Dr Wakefield, disgusted
by the clearly biased 'findings on fact' in January, had decided to have no
more to do with the hearing.

Once again proof of Wakefield's amazing powers!
The results of the hearing in January were the reason he
refused to participate in November. Impressive, truly
impressive.
