That's funny, I'm very visible on the net and easy to find in the small
circle of people we associate with, yet the court said they couldn't locate
me to serve notice of an impending CS case, then they claimed they didn't
know where to send the notice of verdict, despite the mother having both
physical addresses of my sister and mother where I could be reached anytime.

This is the BS that happens when they try to get fathers from other
countries on verdicts by Default, builds a nice nest egg for them.

OFTEN TIMES THE COURTS ARE VERY SLOW.

I worked many cases when folks would provide them all but one part of
the picture and they didnt bother to track it.

In Ohio since your physical address was not listed they would not find
the other two address acceptable.

They would not bother to look for you.

But would hold you accountable for the change in your suppourt
agreement.

Sometimes chuckle you have to laugh.......

MANY of the folks that thought they were hidding were found on routine
traffic stops, lost jobs, homes, ect.

The rule is dont hide .....if you want to stay out of jail.

Well hopefully you didnt hide so well that you went to jail.

Off the folks I didnt find (about 5%)....chuckle.....about 80% got
picked up for traffic offenses, 10%for drugs or alchole, 5% for
serious crimes, and 3% out of state for crimes or traffic and lost
about 3-5 months of their life during the transfer and hearing.....the
local folks usually got a 30-45 day sentence.....

SO PLEASE ENJOY HIDDING AND ENJOY JAIL IF YOU GET CAUGHT.

Jail time is minimal anyway, with over crowding and over budget, prisons
have better things to do than house some broke father for not having enough
money!

possession.
