When an auto theft ring is operating right out in public--and on the
floor of the Illinois House no less!--the police really need to step up
enforcement procedures pronto.

All that effort to get a few broke people to pay extortionate money they
obviously don't have!

Just maybe if the government was doing their real job and focused more on
affordable housing, education, medical, transportation and food costs,
perhaps we would all be better off.
