Migraines suck!!! At least I CAN take an occasional triptan while
breastfeeding (Imitrex, Maxalt, Relpax, Amerge, Zomig, etc- I use Relpax
now). I empathize with you- it was terrible having just a general headache
while pregnant and not even being able to take ibuprofen or naproxen.

I was under the impression you can take ibuprofen whilst pregnant? at least
the reason I've not been given it is because I'm allergic not because I'm
pregnant
