From what you were saying I was assuming this was vaginal thrush -
sorry if I've misinterpreted the euphemism! You wouldn't pass vaginal
thrush on the same way you would breast thrush.

If it is or isn't thrush, should I try to treat it anyways?

and it's not thrush or should you treat for thrush only if it is thrush?


Not a problem - go right ahead. Clotrimazole and Fluconazole are both
available over the counter in the UK, though I don't know about the USA.
If it isn't thrush, you'll be out a few dollars. Lots of women
self-treat for thrush.
