Yates will be committed to a state mental hospital, with periodic
hearings before a judge to determine whether she should be released --
although by law, jurors are not allowed to be told that.

------------------
They can know it now. It's just that they WERE not allowed to be
told that as issue in their deliberations.

This is because they were not seated for a penalty phase, only to
decide guilt.

Prosecutors could not seek death this time because the first trial's
jurors sentenced her to life in prison, and authorities found no new
evidence. She is charged in only three of the deaths, which is common
in cases involving multiple slayings.

-----------------
She WAS charged, she is NOW found not guilty by reason of insanity
and is subject to court mandate for her condition. That IS justice.

She was and is crazy. She believes religious bull**** and is insane.
So are you if you think there was no justice here.
