Default Numb hands?

sounds a bit like carpal tunnel syndrome, but a doctor would have to do
the right tests to be sure (they are just physical tests where they have
you hold your hands in particular postions and do certain things, not
fancy imaging etc).

It's not worrying in the sense of being harmful, but it can get worse and
be very painful and keep you awake at night. Bracing your wrists either at
night or all the time dependent on symptoms can be helpful.

When is your next appointment? I'd mention it as is useful to know exactly
what it is, but carpal tunnel syndrome is more common in pregnancy and
should go away afterwards, but like anything it's not guaranteed.

I could be completely wrong on this one, but I have a vague idea that
certain mineral supplementations can be helpful, I'll try and find out.
Simple stretching of the wrists and hands is probably a good idea too.

You can get splints to wear if it's bad, which are meant to help.
