"Alina's" ISP (I claimed this some time back) is a notorious source for
anonymous proxy IP nums.

Here's a search for anonymous proxies, and guess whose ISProvider's name
pops up:

those seeking them. Guess what company shows up there too on a routine
search by a subscriber?
