I don't, if DD wants to I'll let her make that choice. I, with my
parents knowledge, don't get them special gifts for mothers/fathers
day. Neither DH or I like the hype that surrounds any of these days.

DH ws there for DD birth and that was all I needed/wanted of him. Same
this time. We get each other gifts when we feel like it - not because
of a fixed date (well aside from birthdays ).
