I do worry that the limited number of fruits and veg she can eat isn't

but zuchinni is green is it not? and pumpkin is yellow? the thing that

might
be missing is whatever comes from red things (vitamins and colours have a
fairly good correlation). Has she tried reintroducing any veggies? or
learning to eat veggies she didn't eat before? I've taught myself to eat
broccoli for various reasons. So there might be thing that she could add

in
that she never took out because they weren't there. Oh and you missed out
the melons, they aren't vitamin free!

Well yes, but to get all the vitamins and nutrients needed you need to eat
from a wide range of foods. Just one type of each colour day after day
isn't going to give you a good range as values for different vitamins and
minerals and phytochemicals vary between different vegetables and fruits.
In order to get a diet adequate in essential nutrients, it is suggested that
a person eats 20 -30 different food types every day, with a significant
proportion coming from fruit and vegetables (and they should be from
different types, not varieties of the same tpe like button squash and
zuchini, (e.g. typically, breastfeeding women should aim for 7 serves of
veges and 5 of fruit every day) ... so the very limited variety of fruit and
veges she's eating (and has been eating for the past few months) are not
really going to provide all the vitamins and minerals she needs. Those on
elimination diets need to take particular care in order to maintain a
balance of nutrients in the diet.

She has tried reintroducing vegetables but this only causes problems once
again. I know she's not normally a fussy eater and has always eaten from a
wide range of fruits and vegetables, so I'm not sure if there's too much she
hasn't tried.

Brocolli is an excellent vegetable (one of the "super foods") but
cruciferous veges seem to affect the bub quite badly (apparently she's been
*craving* Brussel sprouts as well as brocolli but both these seem to have a
particularly bad effect .... and while I love brocolli, and I eat brussel
sprouts, I don't think I could actually *crave* brussel sprouts

Cheers
