Any man that's good enough to pay child support is good enough to have
custody of such child.

Here is some of the propoganda:

Promoting the "well-being of children" is the FURTHEST thing from
their minds.


"The statewide Child Support Program is founded on a belief that
California's children have the right to be supported by both parents
financially, medically and emotionally. The Child Support Program is
committed to ensuring that California's children are given every opportunity
to obtain these rights in a fair and consistent manner throughout the state.
The Child Support Program is committed to providing the highest quality
services and collection activities in the most efficient and effective
manner."




It may have been founded on that belief, but rest-assured that is NOT the
belief today. Supported by "both" parents? Uhuh. Their ONLY concern about a
child in this industry is that such child has to exist; and even that's not
always the case.
