you can call your local hospital (L&D dept) and see if they might have any
reccomendations. As far as insurance I think it depends on each individual
insurance company, you'd have to call yours and ask them if they cover it
and if so how do they cover it. Otherwise you can go to the main LLL website
(I don't have the url offhand) to see if they have someone in your area who
can at least point you in the right direction.
