Well, I'll try to be a little reassuring here.... my accident didn't
occur due to physical activity on my part, so while I'd say be a
teensy bit cautious, don't be overly worried!
Pay attention to the signals your body sends you, and keep your
activity level to whatever is comfortable for you.
