I'm not debating anything other than to say, divorce hurts everyone and I've
never found that debates over who suffers more to be of any use whatsover.

Often the problems that the system cause some are an unintended result of
"fixing" the system. Could it be improved? Yes. Can the law ever make it so
someone doesn't get hurt when a man and a woman don't, won't, can't stick
together to raise their children? I doubt it.
