I had my amniocentisis today. The first test that takes 45 mins said that
it wasn't going to happen. Thank goodness they do a second test on the
fluid. That test says everything is a go and that I should show up at the
hospital at 10am tomorrow morning and get preped for surgery. I did a
little of my own prep work ahead of time for them so they didn't have to and
I wouldn't be embarrassed. I should be back home by Monday night. I will
post a short story when I can and how everything went.
