Another mis-application of the law. The white slave act was not passed

this purpose. As if there weren't enough charges already... even a

charge of rape... with aggravating circumstances.... would've gained the
same sentence but the prosecutors, in their attempt to really hang it on
him... over-charge.

No question you are right. But the 'crime' is one thing.. it's the included
offenses that rise out of a single even that I object to.. or the
misapplication of intended law.
