As an obviously strong advocate for an effective, fair, and well-managed
CPS, I'm assuming that you have voted consistently against tax cuts that
further strap and already strapped organization, and that you are
lobbying for increased taxes that will provide the necessary funds for
CPS to become more effective, fair, and well-managed.
