My kids would very likely have no clue about those people. Which reminds me, my
daughter asked me the other day who Christina Aguilera was, and I said vaguely,
"Isn't she one of those magic realist authors?"

The entire fourth and fifth grade has been laughing at me ever since, I am
sure!
