families in the middle of a legal struggle with
abusive Child Protection agencies.
The strange part was that Dan's advice was basically to
SUBMIT or SURRENDER to the abuses by the agencies even
where the agencies had been caught at PERJURY.
Whenever Dan's strategy is questioned he reacts that his is the ONLY
solution, and becomes hostile in a way
that should be very familiar to anybody who has seen any of Ken
Pangborn's responses.
What? Gotta tell you something guy - I get perhaps 20 to
30 calls a day and a like number of e-mails. I refer out
80% to people like Pat Clancy in California, Larry Daly
in Washington, to groups like Texas Fathers for Equal Rights, and to
a dozen or so lawyers. None of them use the identical "strategy" I
use, and I have never bad mouthed them or insisted mine was the "only
way." I will
say that I have often said that nobody matches the A-Team's track
record for winning.
I have joked that Dan's strategy is "winning through surrender".
The ulterior motive for this has been a shadowy question.
The parallels to and differences from Ken Pangborn are
very interesting.
Well I have NEVER suggested that one can win by surrendering, quite
the opposite. And IF you read the A-Team website (www.a-team.org) you
would know that our "strategy" is to be extremely aggressive NOT passive.
Dan supposedly offers his help for free, but also refuses to call
what he does "Trial Consulting" but Dan's arena is much less about
CRIMINAL cases and more
about the much dirtier fights with the sleazy Child Protection
agencies and their rubber stamp courts.
I have been a certified trial consultant foa many years.
We also do dependency cases and custody cases.
Both Dan and Ken seem to have a list of people who they
will NOT help, a decision made based on ATTITUDE as opposed to any
real case details. Ken's blacklist is hilarious.
Oh let's see the list. Michael Jackson? Rev. Shanley convicted of
molesting over a hundred youg boys? Andrea Yates who drown her 5
children? I think YOU need to realize that not everyone who is accused
is innocent. The
POINT of that page on the website is to say that OUR emphasis is in
the FALSELY ACCUSED and we have done a damn good job at it! Over 90%
of the cases where we are hired are dismissed before a trial.
The "pack" seemed to be for REFORM of the broken agencies, but FROM
WITHIN, which is an angle that has FAILED TO WORK for over 30 years.
You cannot "reform" CPS. First it need to be dismantled (in MY
opionion) and then a new agency put together with
REAL experts..
Kane (Donald Fisher) turned out to be a retired Child Protection
caseworker. This had been suspected for years because every time
anybody posted a story about CPS agencies screwing up BIG TIME, Kane
got angry and defensive. Kane also posted various stories spun to
LOBBY for more money for the agencies.
Well MY history if you search hard isn't that hard to find. When I was
12 I knew what I wanted to be. In broadcasting. When I was kid I hung
out at radio and TV stations. When I went in the Air Force I had a
part time
job off base at a radio station. One of my duties was doing a program
on AFRS when I was in the service. When I
got out I went to work in radio and had an afternoon drive program
that managed to be # 1 or # 2 in the ratings consistently for several
years, then the station
was sold to a religious group. I went to a few other stations and was
a news anchor at a Sale Lake City radio
station when I went on to win custody of my children
from my first marriage.

And one of them is "Kenneth." Oooops.... And *I* am in Florida, and

is a lawyer who works for the state.
