failed
to follow their own rules and regulations.

by BOTH agencies. Duhhh. Actually MOST were form New York, she just went
to Florida to live the high life off the New York taxpayers.

If they wanted MY opinion - they'd have asked for it. Sometimes the
media does, sometimes the system does, often defense lawyers or defendants
do, YOU offer your opinion even when people don't want it. And apparently it
