Dreft isn't such a good choice for sensitive-skinned babies, though it's
been marketed as such. It's really quite harsh and has fragrances. I'd just
wash *everything* in the free & clear detergent.

Oh, and breastmilk is great for clearing up skin - just dab a little on the
affected areas.
