IIRC.
There are parts of the world where very early maturation is *very*
common
specifically because of pollutants. Happens to a certain degree here
in the
US--puberty used to start much later than it does now, on average.

Yeah, but 8 months old. I bet that was some kind of endocrine disorder
rather than external causes.
