my question is this, can the courts touch my cash award to pay child

support.
I am looking to go to court and get the support payments lowered as

125.00/wk
is a lot to someone with no income. Any input is appreciated! thanx.

If you are not behind on your support payments, that money should be yours
alone. There are certain monies they can't touch i.e. disability payments,
ssan, etc.

You are wrong. Workman's Compensation and settlements, as well as SSD
(Not SSI), and unemployment compensation are considered income for CS
calculation.
