Default Does anyone have any Baby Food recipes that are simple and easy to make?

"hi there all!

i am creating a book that will be named something along the lines of
"Simple Baby Recipes & weaning Advice."

Here is the one and only recipe you need.

Have a healthy diet yourself. Your modelling is the best thing that can
happen regarding nutricious eating for your family.

Take what you are eating and whir it with a hand blender or chop into finger
pieces.

Serve and eat.

It is purely in the research stages at present. The inspiration for
this was when i came to wean my baby (now 15 months) i hit i brick
wall when it came to home made recipes. maybe it is because i am thick
and young ! but i just didnt know where to start.

And did not go ask your local librarian! There are many, maybe too many,
resources. Sometimes I wonder if we don't get our panties all in a wad with
worry over nada.

so i have come up with this idea to publish a book containing not
recipes from the internet etc but tried and tested home cook recipes
from mums and dads. My aim is to fill half the book with said recipes
and the other with general advice on food and eating for babies and
children.

Soo.. i have joined this group to ask if anyone has any particular
recipes that they have used and dfound to be successful that i could
put into my book. all recipes submitted (subject to the response i
get!) will be tested out by myself or friends and family with babies.
if they meet the criteria we are after i will put them in with your
name printed so you take the credit!

if anyone is interested in this or just purely would like more info on
this book when it is complete, please can you email me at
. even if it is to just give me feedback on
my idea (good or bad!)

Thank you in anticipation
karen

May my giving you the benefit of the doubt that you are not a lousy troll
not be in vain.
