Wow. That would throw you, huh? From what I hear, though, these kinds
of mistakes generally go one way - they might not see clear boy parts
and thus they say "girl", but if they confidently tell you "boy", it's
because they've definitely seen boy parts. I know what I saw at my own
u/s, and if I have a girl I'll be tracking down that technician to ask
just whose u/s she was showing us, since it wouldn't have been ours!!
