Thanks Jamie, I really appreciate that. I think it's unrealistic to hope
for smooth sailing, but there are definitely aspects that could go way
better. A well positioned baby and a spontaneous vaginal birth at 38
weeks would be pretty cool, as would having a normal sized baby, I
wouldn't wish for IUGR, but my none IUGR baby was a bit of a porker,
8lb8oz, which I know isn't enormous, but is bigger than both DH and I
when we were born and that was at 39 weeks, 6 something or 7 something
would be great!
