And I wonder if kids become like this if parents insist on something
(like potty training) which is beyond the kids' control...

If kids can't go at "regular intervals" is that disobedience?


Good Lord! What rot.

"At the age of about 1 1/2 year just throw away the diaper and start taking
your child to the toilet at regular intervals to pee. If your child makes an
accident try and explain things to him that where is he supposed to pee and
pooh."

And heaven help you if it scares your child and they start to retain.
