A bit of history. In Nov of 2003 Dan produced a link to some research
he found that showed a NEW and only recently explored variant of OI
that was seen mostly in children who were born prematurely.

And he posted the report on it. I made it my task to inform all state
governments of it. Not JUST CPS but the state's attorney's general as
well...since this is a legal issue for families and the state.

Not to mention the malpractice insurer for the state!

Clearly you were not listened to, so you did not
protect any kids from unwarranted agency intrusion
nor did you protect the agency from paying out a lot
for malpractice insurance or settlements.
