Get a sling! DS spent a *lot* of time in a sling, and still spends a
lot of time in a hiking backpack. The sling was an absolute necessity
if I wanted to pee. We used it a *lot* for the first 8 months or so,
and then switched to the backpack because it was easier on my knees.
