Thank you all for your suggestions and opinions.
Now that I know that 10 is bottom of normal I'm going to continue with
increasing my iron intake. I had a look in the health food shop today but
they didn't have the Spa Tone, I'll have a look about for the Floradix
tomorrow. In the meantime I took my normal iron tablet today with rrl and
had steak and sprouts for dinner!!
