The father of a 5-year-old autistic boy who died March 22 of a drug
overdose that police suspect was administered by his mother wants a
judge to order the release of his son's child welfare records.
Melvin Williams, 41, has asked a Pima County Superior Court judge to
order the Arizona Department of Economic Security to release to him "all
Child Protective Services information regarding his deceased" son,
Brandon Williams. Williams said in his May 9 filing that he plans to sue
the state for wrongful death.

He mentioned suing the state in his Motion?

Bad move.

I can hear the unmistakable sound of paper shredders.
