Default 16 Month Old With Getting To Sleep Problems

Are we taking the correct approach with this, or should we be bringing
her back downstairs? If she comes back down for half and hour, she

bedtime?

If she goes without a fuss a half an hour later, I'd go with that. I
would make a new bedtime routine that involves a bottle at 7 and then
something else special for that half hour (read books, do puzzles,
whatever relaxing activity you want to do for that time). That way it
isn't like you are "giving in" to her and teaching her that she can
control you, it's just that you're adjusting the bedtime routine for
her new needs as she gets older. If you haven't started yet, now is
a good time to add toothbrushing to the bedtime routine too.

Good luck!
