Zero-tolerance isn't Bush, it's a national idiocy. And this
"everyone must be educated exactly the same way" garbage isn't his
either.


Weeeelllllll, yes it's a national idiocy, but he's
jumped on the bandwagon and has the influence to help it
spread. At the very least, he certainly hasn't stood in
its way! And he supported a lot of "reforms" in that
direction in Texas.
