Fact is ... whatever excuse he gives and Probert parrots ... he failed
his psychiatric boards and in decades of calling himself a
"psychiatrist" ... he was NEVER board certified even though thousands
of other psychiatrists were. Low standards are an interesting excuse
Probert ... your specialty.
