KR wibbled

My diaper bag is way to big for most outings I go on. It is a
rectangular shape with a large central compartment that is really
hard to get open since it has 2 zippers AND velcro. It has a
zipper pocket on the front and 1 on each sides which are
convenient for bottles and stuff. It has a slide in pocket with
just 1 velcro fastener on the other long side. I really need a
better bag.

You've just *exactly* described my Carter's bag. Which is absolutely
perfect for us for anything longer than a short trip, (on which I carry
the bare essentials inside a nappy sack in my own bag). I guess the
dimensions could be different, but I really don't think this bag is
'too big', it is about 1/3 the size of most bags I see people with at
baby clinic. ;-)
