In a move that is great for kids because it helps ensure a safe supply
of vaccines that prevent diseases like polio, pertussis, diphtheria,
measles, rotavirus diarrhea, influenza and invasive Hib disease, the
Supreme Court ruled that vaccine makers can't be sued outside the
vaccine court system.
