I also had a dream that my baby is now with a friend of mine who died a
couple of years ago. It was lovely and they were both surrounded by

light.

Hopefully it will not be long before I'm pregnant again ..... and I have

my
order in for a straight-forward, uncomplicated, healthy, happy pregnancy

I'm very sorry to hear about your baby, Amanda. Your dream sounds
reassuring. Best wishes and ((((hugs)))) to you.

My worst fears were confirmed yesterday.

Thanks to everyone for their kind words and thoughts. I'm doing OK today
and am trying to organise my week so that I don't have long periods of being
on my own (DH could only have 1 day off work).
It feels a bit like I'd just set sail in one direction for the next 12
months, when suddenly a storm has brewed up and knocked me off course and I
can't find my original compass bearing. I'm sure this feeling will pass as
I get used to the new path.
I'm a great one at coping with things that happen directly to me though (not
so good when its somebody else I'm worried about). I'm sure I'll be my old
self in a short while.
Can't wait to start trying again though so a little patience might be
required.

Thanks Ilse,
I've been thinking of you these past few days .... and what you said about
not feeling like you were two people this time .... I had the same feeling
this time around. With DD I knew she was there and was healthy ... I just
*knew* it. This time when the Dr couldn't find the baby easily it didn't
seem like such a shock to me.
I'm hoping we'll get to be belly buddies really soon....
Amanda
