essential oils for pregnancy
I was just browsing the net to find some witchhazel to take with me to
hospital, and found some good information on the Sunspirit site http://tinyurl.com/3jeee (Sunspirit is a respected manufacturer of essential oils in Australia). It has recipes for essential oils that can be used whilst pregnant (although some are not recommended for all trimesters) and might be useful to anyone suffering from morning sickness, constipation, haemorrhoids, mastitis or sore nipples.
