Record 311,000 children torn from homes in 2005

You seemed not the least concerned when Doug posted from such sources. What better source of numbers to prove the corruption of the agencies than to use the numbers THEY REPORT THEMSELVES? This does not mean that Family Rights people actually BELIEVE the numbers the agencies fabricate. Why is that I wonder? Now, can you answer the obvious question I asked? The numbers were claimed to be up over a period of time. Apparently to suggest an increase in CPS efforts to "collect children for the child protection INDUSTRY," (isn't that how you say it?). When in fact the country has a growing economically disadvantaged population that has contributed to child abuse and neglect statistics, I would guess. Attach a number to your guess and call it official statistics Kane! You can't do any worse than the Meth Connected numbers which are based on guesses. (another thread) The idea that the poor don't abuse and neglect their children more, Greg, is a silly liberal bleeding heart piece of bull**** used to try and further YOUR socialist agenda, and others that have proceeded you here. It must pain you when CPS caseworkers or CWLA spout that 'ism then! We have a huge influx of very poor folks from the south. We have folks coming out of Africa, a nation known in many parts for particularly harsh child rearing practices, up to and including the excising of little girl's clitorises and parts of the labia. Look, there's Barney Fife, shining his ONE BULLET and telling about that one time when some actual criminals came to town! Keep harping on the 1% of substance and ignore the 80% with no substance. Good luck with that. In fact, in the study that Ken was brought here to attack me for you, the harshest child rearing practices were found in a part of Africa. Our own indigenous population, prior to these recent immigrants (meaning all of here prior), suffers in some classes, considerable poverty. That coupled with a rise of Christian fundamentalism where child rearing with pain and humiliation are common in some sects, and YOU AND FERN AND OTHERS HAVE WISHED TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF to do those things, we have every reason to expect the number of children removed to increase in total. I note the rate was not noted though. Did you notice? Are you going to accuse people of HATING BUREAUCRACY again, Kane? In fact, Greg, we have read recently, that many states have FEWER children by rate in our of home care than in earlier years. You boys certainly are prone to cherry picking. It's the season. You might find work in the orchards. Come West, I'll be happy to put you up, while I continue to work on your poor education. Tell your mother she should be ashamed raising an ignorant kid like you with the low morals you have. Whatever distracted her from raising you properly? |

For instance, Wexler tries in his opinion piece to claim the 35% of children are abused in foster care...yet, foster parents are responsible for, consistently from year to year, 0.5% of abuse. The facts kind of shot you in the ass, me boy. And your various heroes as well. Mr. Wexler simply reported that in the Casey report, nearly one-third of the [foster care] alumni reported that they had been abused by a foster parent or another adult in a foster home. Like the foster kid who said he never met another foster kid who WASN'T abused in foster care. Lets face it, the nice folk who stepped up to help children are long gone. They've either adopted their wards, or quit fostering because of the abuse CPS heaps on innocent children and families. So who's left to 'foster' - clugs like MoRon who boast on ASCPS about how he abused one boy for over a year - or money grubbing assholes like you who wouldsell children to perverts on usenet like pork sausage on eBay. Yup - CPS is so hard up to make mo money, they beg perverts , pedophiles, and child predators to become fosties. Don't ask -- don't tell. Just bury the kids and count the money. lol. -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |

This NJ report exposes lying, record altering, CPS agencies when it comes to reporting, investigating, and substantiating abuse in foster hell. Seems this report proves your estimates of abuse in foster hell are WAY low - and I mean W-A-Y low. lol. Seems these scum are incapable of telling the truth. Kinda like you, huh, Don? Here's one finding: Professionally Unreasonable Decision-Making One of the most dramatic findings from this study relates to the poor quality of IAIU decision-making. Based on the facts documented in the IAIU files, the IAIU findings decisions were found to be professionally unreasonable 25% of the time. The research team found numerous examples of cases that documented unjustified actions or omissions of the caregiver, which resulted in substantial harm or risk of harm to children, yet the IAIU investigation concluded with a finding of "not substantiated." * Such IAIU case findings are inconsistent with the exercise of reasonable professional judgment, and put children at serious risk of ongoing harm in out-of-home care settings that are not closed to further DYFS placements. For example, one case was unsubstantiated even though a foster mother admitted striking a child with a belt resulting in a 4 inch linear belt mark on the child's face. This foster mother had two prior substantiated incidents of abuse or neglect. There were equally serious examples of neglect to children that were classified as not substantiated, such as medically documented serious neglect of hygiene and nutrition that resulted in developmental delays, low weight, and pain and irritation to the child's skin. http://library.adoption.com/laws-and...le/5835/1.html -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |
