Default Lily pads?

I think this is the name of a product I saw recently - a reusable silicone
breast pad that stops leaks . . ?

Anyone have these? Do they work? Where did you find them?

I just saw them today. I think they are Lily Padz if you want to do a
search. I have no idea if they work but I was sure curious. They are at
this site. You have to scroll down quite a ways.

I've seen them too but I'd be worried about blocked ducts and yeast
growing... silicone is hot...

I was going to post some skeptical comments along this line. It's not
nice to mess with mother nature.
