Healthy Difference On 'Today's THV at 5': Red Dye and ADHD Link, Allergies
Your child's hyperactivity might not be their fault nor be blamed on ADHD.
When kids get out of control, the cause could be something you did, the food
you gave them. One of the biggest culprits could be foods with red dyes.
A recent study found a link between certain additives and increased
hyperactivity in kids.
This included food coloring and a preservative called sodium benzoate, an
ingredient in many fruit juices, soft drinks and other processed foods.
