The Idaho legislature has approved a 4% increase in foster care
maintenance payments this year. New rates are reflected in our
documents at these links.

Wow, 4%. Whats the rate of inflation? 5%, 6? Seems those foster parents
in Idaho are going to loose even more of their own money. Well, its better
than nothing I guess.

Foster Care Reimbursement
- Part II http://www.nysccc.org/boardrates/ratedirectory.htm Foster
care board rates differ significantly in the 58 social services
districts in New York State because each local district is allowed to
set its own rates. The state only determines the maximum amounts it
will reimburse to the local districts; there is no minimum. NYS
regulations require local districts to provide initial and replacement
clothing allowances in addition to daily board rates, and permit
reimbursement for day care, finder's fees and specialized expenses.
The New York State Citizens' Coalition for Children conducted a
statewide telephone survey and compiled detailed local rate
information and a comparison analysis of New York's 58 local social
services districts. Information provided is current as of May 2003.
