Default Many states now allow lawsuits over CPS wrongful interventions

California for one.

Maryland is following.

Money available for those who can show that DSS illegally intrudes into family
life, privacy, and liberty interest to parent how they seem fit.

You see, CPS has conducted their business in such a distasteful, ineffective,
and wrongful manner that even the Child Abuse industry admits they must be
tamed.

Much of this stems from the growth of the Intenet and folks comparing notes as
to illegalities.
