(CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIANS PLEASE NOTE: Chiropractic's vertebral subluxation

In 1983, Congress had to DEMAND that MDs report serious reactions to
vaccinations. [Smith Pediatrics 1988, full cite/further discussion below.]

In 1986, Congress passed the Vaccine Injury Compensation Act (VICA) giving
MDs and pharmcos virtual immunity from liability for their obviously
negligent mass vaccination behavior!^^^

In 1993, former FDA Commissioner David Kessler, MD reported that MDs were
failing to report up to 99% of serious
reactions to medications. Kessler said that serious reaction reporting -
"essential" to establishing medication safety - was "not in the culture of
US
medicine." [Kessler JAMA 1993]

So what does MDs failing to report up to 99% of serious reactions to
medications have to do with VACCINATIONS?

MDs are likely ALSO failing to report many serious reactions to
vaccinations...

Meanwhile, the CDC Vaccine Information Sheets (mandated by Congress) compare
safety of vaccines (unknown) to safety of medications
(unknown) (!)

This a HUGE vaccination safety fraud that, according to former FDA
Commissioner Kessler derives from "the culture of US medicine."

You erroneously implied (to Senator Kennedy) that vaccination is mandatory
everywhere.

Yes, as in other states, under Oregon law, vaccination is called mandatory.

Vaccination is NOT mandatory in Oregon and other states. Exemptions are
available - EASILY available.

To exempt children from vaccination in Oregon, parents need only sign the
appropriate block on the Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS).

But there are a couple of problems...

1. The wording of the Oregon Certificate of Immunization Status/CIS implies
that to exempt one's child from vaccination one must have the permission of
an MD or other religious figure.

This simply isn't true. The parent only
needs to **sign his/her name** - "religious" means "any" set of beliefs
according to
Oregon regulation. (Most Oregon parents do not know this. The Northwest's
largest newspaper - The Oregonian - has refused to publish this fact when it
promotes the Exclusion Day vaccination fraud. See problem #2...

2. Exclusion Day vaccination fraud. Parents seeking vaccine exemptions are
told that during outbreaks of
disease, their children will need to be excluded from school and they will
have to
pay tutors.

Incredibly, the American Academy of Pediatrics/AAP encourages
MD-pediatricians to have
parents SIGN this "need" fraud!

"If my child does not receive the vaccine(s)...consequences may
include...the need for my child to stay out of daycare or school during
disease outbreaks."

Paradoxically, Exclusion Day vaccination fraud endangers some VACCINATED
children as it is used to promote vaccinations!

Here's how...

During outbreaks of disease, MDs and schools have been protecting (sending
home) vaccine-exempt children and endangering (keeping at school)
vaccinated-but-not-immunized children for all these years.

Since schools don't know which children were not immunized by their
vaccinations, ALL parents (not just those exempting their children from
vaccination) must be told that during outbreaks ALL children will be sent
home....

Also, all parents (not just parents seeking vaccine exemptions) must be told
that during disease outbreaks they will have to take
forced-time-off-from-work and incur extra expense for tutors...

[1983 also happened to be the year a new trial was ordered in Wilk v.
AMA...but the new trial did not get underway until 1987...see below...]


[Fast forward to] the last quarter of 1986...the MDs and PharmCo's were
on
their
SECOND try...Smith [1988] wrote:

"The only means of avoiding a complete new beginning of the legislation
again in the 100th Congress was to agree that the funding provisions of the
legislation be omitted from consideration...[and]...taken up the next
year..."

Smith [1988] notes that the 100th Congress convened in January 1987...

1987 (May) just happened to be the moment in time when Judge Susan
Getzendanner decided to convene a non-jury trial in Wilk v. AMA - FOUR YEARS
after a trial
was ordered.

On August 24, 1987 - as Congress was funding the MD's immunity from
vaccine liability program - Judge Getzendanner was ordering the AMA to
publicize in JAMA the AMA's "loss" to the chiropractors. [Wilk v. AMA, 671
F. Supp. 1465]

In December 1987, the vaccine injury act was passed by Congress and signed
by the President.

On January 1, 1988, under Judge Getzendanner's court order, the AMA
published news of the Getzendanner verdict in JAMA.

Has anyone else wondered why the Wilk v. AMA case was suddenly
resurrected in May 1987 - FOUR YEARS after the new trial was ordered in
1983?

Probably just another coincidence, right?

Remember the new trial was ordered back in 1983 when MDs and PharmCo's were
making their FIRST attempt at virtual immunity from liability for their mass
vaccination behavior...

DCs AMONG "POWERFUL OPPONENTS"?

According to Smith [1988], "it became evident early in these [1983]
efforts that there were powerful opponents to a mandatory
system...furthermore, Congress made it clear that they simply would not
consider a system that precluded some opportunity to go to court."

What if it **DCs** were among the "powerful opponents" in 1983?

Even if DCs *weren't* "powerful opponents*, who ARE the "powerful
opponents"?

I ask because 81% of DCs *might* just have something in common with
"powerful opponents." (The 81% estimate comes from Haas and Colley [JMPT
1994:585],

"Eighty-one percent [of DCs surveyed] felt that immunization should be
strictly voluntary")

....MASSIVE health fraud...committed by organized
medicine...

Smith [1988] notes: "[R]eporting requirements HAD TO BE ACCEPTED in the
process of negotiations through the years..." (emphasis added)

Smith [1988] also notes: "Congress had DEMANDED the
inclusion of the reaction reporting requirements as a condition of the
legislation. It will give a better epidemiologic store of information
concerning the real facts in vaccine reactions than we have ever had
before."

ARRGGGHHH!...Congress had to DEMAND that MDs
report serious vaccine reactions?

[As noted above, years later] In 1993, then-FDA Commissioner David Kessler,

What business did ACA's Rosenfeld have exhorting DCs to do what an estimated

I find the views expressed in the AAP press release to be directly
misleading to pediatricians, other physicians, and to the American public...

It quotes only one line from the IOM report...then takes that quote out of
the context in which it appeared by concluding
that: "'Parents should be reassured about the safety of vaccines'..."

....The comment made by AAP that "children should be immunized according to
the
age-appropriate schedule" was not even an issue addressed by the report.

The question was if children should be receiving mercury in their vaccines
and [IOM's] answer was a resounding no [, as in,] "The committee recommends
the use of
thimerosal-free DTaP, Hib and Hepatitis B vaccines in the United States,
despite the fact that there might be remaining supplies of
thimerosal-containing vaccine available." (page 7)

....Shame on you AAP!

for the babies - MDs are committing mass IIMMUNOLOGIC child abuse to go with
their mass PHYSICAL (spinal manipulation) child abuse.

In regard to this latter... Remember... OBs are killing an estimated six
babies per DAY with vacuum-assisted spinal
manipulation alone - with birth canals senselessly closed up to 30%...

Sen Frist's latest attempt at gutting important statutes might be more

I say again: I am NOT opposed to vaccination. I am ADAMANTLY IN FAVOR of
vaccination - as long as parents are fully informed and offered a TRUE
CHOICE.

I am in favor of pardons in advance for MDs. MDs are just academic prime
cuts forced through this culture's most powerful mental meatgrinder.
