American Academy of Pediatrics Unleashes Hysterical Attack on Fictional
Television Show about Vaccine / Autism Link
by Mike Adams

(NaturalNews) The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has gone ballistic
over a fictional television program airing on ABC that shows a family
successfully suing a vaccine manufacturer for their child's autism.

An excellent posting which should be read by
EVERY concerned parent.

Orthodox medicine is getting tough treatment
in another popular program, "Mystery Diagnosis"
on the Discovery Health channel. In this program
people often have confusing symptoms which
are misdiagnosed. They return home from the
hospital or doctor's office and their condition
worsens. They return and persist several times
and are told it's all in their head
but finally someone figures it out.
In some cases, unnecessary surgeries are
performed based on the misdiagnoses.
In other cases, the patient is near death
before the problem is finally found.
Not mentioned in the show are the patients
for whom the problem is NOT found
and who eventurally die.

Yup.

It's a fundamental problem when you have a rare condition.
For two extreme cases, consider the (then mysterious)
"Legionaire's Disease" and the early days of AIDS.

It's only a negative reflection on the practice of medicine
for those who expect semi-divine perfection. For those of
us who are dealing with an organic mechanic, it's the
inevitable consequence of living in an imperfect universe.
