Shaving. make-up and open flames. How do you do it? I thought 6 year olds
were hard!

You're crackin' me up, Erin!

Didn't mean to make you nostalgic. The way society is going I am sure these
will be issues for us about age 10. Make-up is already looming on the
horizon! Glad you have a good relationship with your girls. I agree, they
are at the age you need to take an interest in what interests them They
sound very responsible.

LOL! I read this and was horrified...it sounds awful! After thinking

about
it awhile, it made me a bit sad. I'm missing my little girls. But

they're
not little anymore and shaving, make up and open flames keeps them talking
to me. A saturday makeover session is also a great forum for discussions
about what's on their minds....boys, peer pressure, rivalry (I forgot how
ruthless Jr. High girls can be). I figure if I can keep them talking to

me,
coming to me with problems, then we'll get through the teen years okay.
Sometimes it takes a little lip gloss and an aromatherpay candle to jump
start the conversation. Sigh. But you made miss my babies.
