"afford more debt", they just want to make more criminals to chase after.
Thereby justifying all the new laws - by claiming more and more deadbeats
are running around the countryside doing damage to families by not being
able to pay their debt, er.. obligation, to angry x-spouses (let's face it,
what child "needs" $? What they really need are their parents love, care,
time and attention - but that's not what politicians see...).

Yeah, I hear ya there! When I read it, I didn't know weather to laugh, cry
or throw-up...
