It's a Girl!

how scary is this?? i remember when my due date was at the very bottom
of the list. i thought it was weird when i saw people that were due
about in june because that was when i found out i was pregnant...but not
that my due date only has 1 month before the top of the list just blows
my mind!!! where did the time go? i am not ready yet....with stuff or
to be a mom!! help!!! is it really only a month away before i hold my
munchkin??

list? i consider you my belly buddy because you are due 2 days after
me. i know that there is no way i could keep it up....

Just to update (I'm the same Carolyn that was at stanford.edu, trying
with my isp here) -- we know we are having a boy, and with the
holidays past all the the family knows his name will be Russell so I
wanted to add that too. I made sure to state, yes we have his name and
it will be Russell. Somehow presented like that results in lots of
oohing and aahing, because it's clear that's his name, not our top
possibility or something. This group helped so much with all that.

Anyway, when I see that the due date is in 48 days or so, I think
that's super close. Then I look at it as over a month an a half and I
don't panic quite as much. Still, yikes, I'll be having a baby soon.

I can't wait to hear the birth stories from all the overdue Mommmies.

How much longer? I have no idea! LOL! ;-)

I'm just going to play it by ear, I guess. It is starting to get
exciting, though, seeing us get near the top. :-)

What a fun list and I was so excited to see my name there since I am
such a lurker. My New Year's Resolution is to be a more active
participant.

I just reached my half way mark today, whew! In some senses it flew by
and in others it dragged. I keep saying I can't wait to meet my baby!
