Default Fluoride chemotherapy crime: Are municipal chemotherapists immunefrom prosecution?

PREGNANT? See the very end of this post...

FLUORIDE CHEMOTHERAPY CRIME: ARE MUNICIPAL CHEMOTHERAPISTS IMMUNE FROM
PROSECUTION?

Attention Oregon Atty Genl Hardy Myers via

Please immediately stop the injection of the cumulative poison fluoride into
Oregon's public drinking water.

See below.

ATTENTION Bill Osmunson, DDS MPH of Oregon Citizens for Safe Drinking
Water...

You had indicated that you were going to talk to an attorney - after I noted
that THOR common law doctrine of informed consent (quoted below) indicates
that it is a crime for unlicensed (and licensed) persons to give even good
medicine without consent.

Lynne Campbell, Exec. Dir. Of Oregon Citizens for Safe Drinking Water just
wrote to me and said...

Dr. Gastaldo,

Our attorney has reviewed the merits of THOR vis a vis water fluoridation
and found it not to be a legally viable option to pursue.
You, of course,
are free to do so, if you believe otherwise.

Lynn also wrote:

Please do not include Oregon Citizens for Safe Drinking Water on any of
your future email correspondence.

Bill, you are an Oregon Citizen for Safe Drinking Water.

I hope you do not mind me emailing you - say the word and I will contact you
no further.

I'm assuming that you were in on Lynne's discussions with the attorney since
you said you were going to ask an attorney after you contacted me.

THOR is California Supreme Court common law and I believe the California
court cited Arizona Supreme Court common law.

I believe common law in ALL states indicates that it is a crime for
unlicensed (or licensed) health professionals to administer even good
medicine without consent.

I highly doubt that Oregon is silent on the subject - though as I noted when
I wrote back to you - I could find no specific common law in Oregon.

I would like to see the reasoning of the attorney for Oregon Citizens for
Safe Water...

FLUORIDE WATER POISONING CRIME: ARE MUNICIPAL CHEMOTHERAPISTS IMMUNE?

The only reason I can think of that might make exercise of the common law
doctrine of informed consent "not a legally viable option" for Oregon Atty
Genl Hardy Myers to pursue, is the notion that elected officials might be
immune to criminal prosecution.

This would suit me fine. I want no one prosecuted. I simply want Oregon
Attorney General Hardy Myers to stop the poisoning of Oregon's public water
supply.

Certainly the crime can easily be STOPPED - without prosecuting anyone. (The
CDC is supposed to be working with states to stop exposure to hazardous
substances. See quote below.)

When I telephoned Paul Connett last year and noted that common law indicates
that medication without consent is a crime, Paul did NOT say that he doesn't
think injection of the cumulative poison fluoride into public drinking water
is a crime. (Paul, if you are reading, DO you think it a crime?)

Instead, Paul left the phone for a moment and came back with an email
address for Florida attorney Doug Balog who - like the Oregon Citizens for
Safe Water attorney - assured me that the notion that fluoridation is a
crime is not a legally viable option to pursue.

But there was a problem...

Attorney Balog cited the Florida QUILES case - a case he lost all the way to
the Florida Supreme Court.

After I read Attorney Balog's email response, I went to the trouble of
actually reading QUILES and found that it got around the
medication-without-consent-is-a-crime notion - by saying that Florida cities
are not medicating because they are fluoridating FAUCETS - not bloodstreams!
(See the URL below.)

QUILES is thus based in part on obvious fraud - and Attorney Balog (who LOST
the QUILES case) - is now peddling his loss - the QUILES fraud!

Indeed, by sending me to Attorney Balog, PAUL CONNETT, PhD indirectly
peddled the QUILES fraud!

I think it QUITE odd that when I persisted in demanding to know why Paul
Connett wasn't publicizing the crime aspect, he rather instantly laid his
hands on the email address for the losing QUILES attorney (Balog)...

ODDER STILL: Paul isn't publicizing the QUILES faucet fraud now that I've
exposed it.

Paul **is** big though on noting that people are being medicated without
their consent...In his famous 50 Reasons essay he ASKS whether this is OK!

"...THE HUMAN RIGHT TO INFORMED CONSENT"

When I mentioned the QUILES faucet fraud to Congress, I quoted Paul Connett
quoting an international institute saying that CDC is "trampling the human
right to informed consent."

Bill, from the "legally viable option" perspective, if common laws (case
laws like THOR) are not the basis of "the human right to informed consent,"
I would like to know what is....

Again, I am interested in reading the analysis of the attorney for Oregon
Citizens for Safe Water.

I am actually HOPING that municipal chemotherapists are immune from
prosecution for the crime of injecting the cumulative poison fluoride into
state water supplies.

I just want the obviously illegal municipal chemotherapy to stop.

Incidentally, I mentioned municipal chemotherapists when I wrote to Congress
recently...

I wrote:

DEAR CONGRESS...

FLUORIDATION IS AN OBVIOUS CRIME.

"At issue is...CDC...trampling on the human right to informed consent..."
--The International Institute of Concern for Public Health
(IICPH) quoted in Paul Connett's FAN CAMPAIGN BULLETIN #257 (July 9, 2005)

Administration of medicine without consent is a crime - battery.

Even administration of GOOD medicine without consent is a battery.

The California Supreme Court wrote in THOR 93 C.D.O.S. 5658:

"The common law has long recognized this principle: A physician who performs
any medical procedure without the patient's consent commits a battery
irrespective of the skill or care used." [Thor at 5659]

THE FLORIDA FAUCET FRAUD: *To get around the rather obvious fact that
fluoridation is the crime of battery (medication without consent), the
Florida Supreme Court in 2002 rubberstamped the QUILES decision - the
fraudulent notion that fluoridation is not medication because Florida cities
are fluoridating FAUCETS, not bloodstreams.

See Florida fluoride is for faucets - not people!
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/2667

Since municipal chemotherapists who vote to inject the cumulative poison
fluoride into municipal water supplies generally do not even hold medical
licenses...

In addition to working in Congress to stop this bizarre practice of
cumulative poison/fluoride medicine by municipalities, people (including
Congressmen) can petition their state's medical board via their state's
attorney general.

I will copy this to my state's attorney general, Hardy Myers via
.

EACH STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CONTACT CDC...

BECAUSE (I say again):

"At issue is...CDC...trampling on the human right to informed consent..."
--The International Institute of Concern for Public Health
(IICPH) quoted in Paul Connett's FAN CAMPAIGN BULLETIN #257 (July 9, 2005)

Fortunately, CDC's Agency for Toxic Substances and
Disease Registry/ATSDR "work[s] with states and other federal
agencies to prevent exposure to hazardous substances from waste sites."
http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/DRO/r 1.html

"Fluoridation" is the hazardous substance (hydrofluorosilicic acid w/
arsenic and
lead) from phosphate fertilizer waste sites/scrubbers being injected into
America's water supply. (Some municipalities are using "pure" poison -
sodium fluoride.)

While it is always good to contact one's Congressional representative with
concerns, when CRIME is being committed, one petitions/reports to the
EXECUTIVE branch of government - law enforcement.

It wouldn't hurt for people to petition their Congressmen to demand that
state attorney generals simply do their job and immediately get the
cumulative poison fluoride out of the water.

Fluoridation could end before Congress has to get involved.

END Gastaldo's "Dear Congress" email...

Paul Connett, PhD is failing to mention that CDC is supposed to be working
with states.

Paul is also failing to mention the crime aspect - and the Florida FAUCET
fraud now that I've exposed it...

When Paul pretended (yet again) that he is doing everything to help prevent
osteosarcoma...

I wrote:

PAUL CONNETT, PHD IS BEHAVING WEIRDLY

snip
Paul Connett, PhD says:

"The very meager (if any) saving in tooth decay cannot possibly justify this
violation of our right to informed consent to medication or the risks of
harmful side effects, which now appear life threatening (osteosarcoma in
young males)."

I am astonished...

Boys may be DYING from "fluoridation" - yet Paul Connett, PhD ignores the
fact that state attorney generals - not Congress - should be immediately
stopping poisoning of public drinking water.

Why should state attorney generals act?

The common law doctrine of informed consent indicates that violation of the
right to informed consent is a CRIME - battery.

The common law doctrine of informed consent indicates that even
administration of GOOD medicine without consent is a crime/battery.

NOTE WELL:

The common law doctrine of informed consent indicates that even if the
cumulative poison fluoride PREVENTED osteosarcoma - "fluoridation" without
consent would still constitute mass battery.

WHY is Paul Connett, PhD failing to urge people to urge the Members of
Congress to contact law enforcement?

I believe all boys about to have a limb amputated because of osteosarcoma
would want people contacting LAW ENFORCEMENT - in addition to contacting
their Members of Congress.

Paul is playing with death - ignoring a powerful tool called law
enforcement.

POSSIBLE REASON FOR PAUL'S SILENCE

The public drinking water crime is so obvious and massive (see The Fluoride
Deception [2004]) - it is possible that the fluoride polluters have hired
Paul Connett, PhD to do everything possible to keep the matter out of the
criminal justice system.

Just a guess - but I think I am right - although I hope I am wrong.

snip
PS Two members of Paul Connett, PhD's "National Dream Team" (Gene Burke and
Crystal Harvey) indicated my idea of asking Members of Congress to contact
law enforcement was "terrific!" (Burke) "great!!!" (Harvey)

See Dropping Dead From Fluoridated Water...
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/3830

snip
Paul says that people who join his "National Dream Team" will be "sharing
ideas with the national team and providing us with valuable feedback."

Either my idea of people urging their Members of Congress to demand that
state attorney generals simply do their job and immediately stop the obvious
mass water poisoning crime (POWA Signature 577) is not a "terrific!"
"great!!!" idea - or Paul Connett, PhD is simply/mysteriously ignoring two
of his "National Dream Team" members.

Crystal Harvey of Paul's "National Dream Team" protested...

I will go through her protest sentence by sentence.

"WOW Todd! I am in shock! To include me in bashing Paul is unbelievable."

Paul bashes himself - with his selective silence. I am merely calling
attention to his selective silence. I hope I am wrong but Paul being in
cahoots with fluoride polluters is just about the ONLY reason I can think of
for Paul to remain silent. Even if there is nothing to the
medication-without-consent-a-battery notion (which I doubt), the Florida
FAUCET fraud and the CDC quote I found are certainly gold.

Crystal continued...

"When I sent a reply to your email saying 'great' it was to show support in
your effort to help."

Thanks Crystal. If you are not urging Paul to call attention to that which
I found out because Paul sent me to the Florida FAUCET fraud attorney - I
hope you'll say why.

"I am another one of those people that have a great admiration for Paul and
his family. Like me they spend many hours a day trying to stop fluoridation
with no compensation or glory."

I, too, have great admiration for Paul and his family. I always try to cite
their/FAN's website www.fluoridealert.org.

I particularly like Paul's focus on "the human right to informed consent"
but there is his peculiar selective silence regarding the FACT that common
law indicates that medication without consent is a BATTERY.

Crystal continued...

"As a matter fact we get alot of ridicule and have to spend of our own
money. We don't need any bad mouthing from people that are suppose to be on
our side."

**I** don't need ridicule!

NO one needs any bad mouthing from people who are supposed to be on our
side!

Paul is bad mouthing in SILENCE - and you are supporting that - after saying
my idea is "great!!"

It is indeed a great idea for people to urge their Members of Congress to
urge state attorney generals to simply do their job and stop the poisoning
of their states' water supplies.

"We all need to work with each other not against each other."

The weird spectacle of Paul failing to urge people to contact the EXECUTIVE
branch (law enforcement) is not helping - especially it isn't helping the
boys who may be contracting osteosarcoma as a consequence of the poisoning.

"We all have different ways of working on the fluoride issue and what may be
good for you may not work for someone else."

Contacting law enforcement about municipal chemotherapists medicating water
without consent - an obvious crime - is mandatory when it is believed that
some boys may be dying. (Amputation is the best outcome in osteosarcoma,
medicating with even good medicine without consent is a battery - and
battery against children is child abuse - which is mandatory to report when
child abuse is so much as SUSPECTED.)

"The ultimate goal is to get the job done."

Yep.

"In the future please refrain from attacking the good guys and spend your
energy on attacking the bad guys..."

Ummm... Crystal... Your "good" guy - is indeed good in many ways. Again,
see his website www.fluoridealert.org.

But he is also very BAD - silent about a THE best method of dealing with
rather obvious crime - reporting it to law enforcement.

Crystal, THIS good guy (me) weathers ridicule and calls attention to a
prominent "good" guy who is bizarrely silent - even silent about the Florida
FAUCET fraud - after he sent me to Attorney Balog.

Given Paul's bizarre silence - and the fact he had QUILES attorney Balog's
email at-the-ready when I asked about his silence - I'm thinking that QUILES
was fraudulent use of the courts to get state supreme court precedent saying
that fluoridation is not medication.

SPEAKING OF FRAUDULENT USE OF THE COURTS...

Paul Connett recently quoted the appellate court's decision in the
anti-fluoride movement's recent loss in Escondido:

"[C]ourts through[out] the United States have uniformly held that
fluoridation of water is a reasonable and proper exercise of the police
power in the interest of public health.... The matter is no longer an open
question."

Bernie Miltonberger of Paul's National Dream Team quoted the appellate court
for me and wrote:

"An Attorney General or States Attorney worth his salts...would state that
numerous court case show that water fluoridation to be a reasonable and
proper exercise of police power in the intent of public health."

Bernie, I would reply to those Attorney Generals and States Attorneys: Only
in emergencies - i.e. epidemics - where public health is threatened is
compulsory medication - i.e. Vaccination - a legitimate police power.

And this latter legitimate police power is OPTIONAL - i.e. - people can get
religious or philosophical exemptions in most states.

Note well: If the mass poisoning called fluoridation is the obvious fraud
that Paul Connett indicates it is (see www.fluoridealert.org), then all
those courts throughout the United States that "uniformly held that
fluoridation of water is a reasonable and proper exercise of police power" -
wittingly or unwittingly participated in the fraud.

It would be poetic justice to finally see "police power" - state attorney
generals - use Paul Connett's web site and STOP this bizarre "exercise of
police power" that has the cumulative poison fluoride being injected into
America's drinking water.

Accordingly, I am again cc'ing my state's attorney general, Hardy Myers via
.

I urge others to contact their state's attorney general - and to contact
their Members of Congress and urge that they do the same.

It was a post with that idea that moved members of Paul's "National Dream
Team" to say "terrific!" (Gene Burke) and "great!!" (Crystal Harvey).

I have just about no idea why Paul is not publicizing my idea - or the
Florida FAUCET fraud - or the CDC quote above.

Just about no idea other than the possibility that he is working for the
fluoride polluters to keep the crime out of criminal court...

I hope I am wrong - but I suspect I am right.

One last note - the Escondido case was NOT about fluoridation - it was a
ploy of the anti-fluoridators - an attempt to outlaw use of
hydrofluorosilicic acid poison so that Escondido would be forced to pay for
"pure" "pharmaceutical grade" fluoride - like sodium fluoride.

The idea was that municipalities won't want to pay extra and fluoridation
would end that way.

I'll bet the fluoridation lobby liked the anti-fluoride crowd spreading the
fraud that the Escondido case wasn't about fluoridation - and the notion
that the pure poison is a "pharmaceutical." (!)

It doesn't really matter if EVERY court in the land says poisoning the water
is "legitimate police power" if the fraud is causing "just one boy" (Paul's
phrase) to die from osteosarcoma. (It **is** a fraud - right? Hello? Paul's
"National Dream Team"?)

By remaining silent about common law indicating that medicating without
consent is a crime, Paul Connett, PhD is aiding and abetting.

I hope I'm wrong - but I don't think I am.

Paul has remained silent for over a year - MAYBE he's just embarrassed that
he didn't think of the idea of simply reporting the crime - and urging
Members of Congress to report too...

Let's HOPE that embarrassment is the reason for Paul's bizarre silence all
this time - even after members of his own "National Dream Team" said
"terrific!" (Gene Burke) and "great!!" (Crystal Harvey) about my idea of
urging Members of Congress to demand that state attorney generals act.

I'll cc Paul via
.

Thanks for reading everyone.

Sincerely,

Todd

PS Getting the cumulative poison fluoride out of America's water is not my
primary focus. My primary focus is stopping America's obstetricians from
closing birth canals up to 30% and robbing babies of up to 50% of their
blood volume.

State attorney generals are also silent about those massive crimes - and
there are even OBVIOUS incriminating obstetrician lies...
