Default confused about fenugreek

I've been drinking a few cups of fenugreek tea a day, not specially because
I'm worried about my supply, but because I figured it couldn't hurt, and I
like taste. Now I've just read some confusing bits of info - such as it can
bring on your period (haven't had one yet), and increase fertility. So in
theory I could get pregnant without being aware of it, (which would be fine)
and then apparantly some places say it's good for morning sickness, and
others that you shouldn't have it during pregnancy as it is a uterine
contractant.
I know having tea isn't really ingesting that much, and as I said, not
worried about supply so I could stop, but does anyone have any further info?
